Order data: the designs you upload or create, part configurations, orders, payments, and shipping addresses you save. Communication data: messages you send on the platform, contact-form submissions, and newsletter subscriptions.

2. How we use it

We use your data to run the service: processing designs into manufacturable parts, pricing and fulfilling orders, delivering to your address, providing support, sending service notifications, and improving the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Your designs

Designs you upload stay private to your account unless you explicitly publish them to the community. Our team accesses order geometry only to prepare, validate, and produce your parts.

4. Cookies and preferences

We use cookies for signing you in, keeping your session secure, and remembering preferences such as your language and appearance settings. Your language choice is stored in a cookie so the site opens in your language on every visit.

5. Sharing

We share data only where the service needs it: delivery details with the courier handling your order, production details with the workshop assigned to manufacture it, and payment details with the payment provider you choose. Each party receives only what it needs.

6. Security and retention

Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for their role, and actions on the platform are logged. We keep your data while your account is active; if you delete your account, personal data is removed except records we are legally required to keep.

7. Your choices

You can edit your profile details, manage shipping addresses, control who can message you, unsubscribe from the newsletter, and request account deletion — all from your settings. For anything else, contact us and we will help.
